How information is used
Inquiry information is stored in this website’s database and used by LOCAL Real Estate Co. to discuss your requested services. The website hosting provider processes the submission to operate the site. This form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Website lead measurement
We count successfully saved consultation inquiries and clicks on website phone links to understand which pages generate interest. Phone-click records contain the page path, link placement and time; they do not include visitor identifiers, cookies, IP addresses or inquiry contents. These records are stored with our website database provider and are available only to LOCAL’s manager. A phone click does not confirm a completed call. LOCAL may mark inquiries as new, qualified, won or unqualified after review.
Client portal records
The client portal uses your signed-in identity to confirm access. LOCAL assigns owners and tenants to specific properties. The portal stores property and lease records, manually recorded financial activity, maintenance requests and messages, and uploaded property documents. LOCAL’s manager can review these records; owners and tenants receive access according to their assigned role and properties. Portal records are hosted with the website’s database and file-storage providers. No online payments or bank credentials are collected by this portal.
